Mogadalpadu beach
Mogadalapadu is a village near Kalingapatnam in Srikakulam district, India. Mogadalapadu has a beach, and bus services are available from Srikakulam town to Mogadalapadu.
Most of the people living in this village are fisher-men families ... fishing on local made boats. Arround this village fish culture and fish seeding ponds are established and a outer harbur type sea-water lifting bridge was constructed which is called Salt bridge ... sea water is lifted for salt production .... this looks very beautiful and the cashew tree gardens many in number make the are very pleasant during winter season.
In 'Karteeka Masam' (during Nov & Dec. Months) people go for picnics arroud this area . Many people on picnic will visit 'Srikurmam Kurmanadha temple ' on return journey as Srikurmam is on the way to Srikakuam town .
